Restaurant
Lezgi recipes, Azerbaijani classics and a homemade breakfast — in the country hall and riverside gazebos.

Hall & gazebos
Brickwork, timber, gingham tablecloths and the smell of fresh bread. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served here — or out in the garden gazebos when it's warm.
Lezgi cuisine
Qusar is the capital of Azerbaijan's Lezgi people, and our kitchen is proud of it. Tskan is baked here to a family recipe, khinkal comes highland style, and the turkey kebab long ago became the house dish.

Morning at the homestead
Hot local bread, honey from Qusar apiaries, qaymaq, eggs with greens and tea from the samovar. Breakfast comes with every stay.

We take table and banquet bookings and set up the gazebos. On Friday and Saturday evenings it's best to call ahead.
