Garden park
The owners have been growing this garden since 2016: firs along the paths, fruit trees, roses by the gazebos. Guests write that the grounds are kept "like a green park" — that's kind, we do try.

A big playground right in the courtyard, lawns made for racing around and a fenced, supervised territory.
Swings, slides and carousels in front of the main house — you can watch the kids from the restaurant and gazebos.
Benches and tables in the shade of the trees — for long open-air lunches.

The river
The resort stands right above the wide stony bed of a mountain river. You can hear the water from the cottages — the best white noise there is.
In winter the garden lights its garlands; in summer it smells of cut grass and kebab.evenings at Xutorok
