Xutorok opened on 25 August 2016 on the fifth kilometre of the road from Qusar to the mountain village of Laza. Sixteen rooms and cottages, a restaurant warmed by a wood fire and a garden right above the river — no city noise, just true village hospitality.

Xutorok's restaurant is a country hall of brick and timber, gingham tablecloths and a kitchen where Lezgi recipes sit beside Azerbaijani classics. Cooked over fire, served the way family does.
